Peaceful, spacious and beautifully finished, Manna Heights is a 4 Star (AAA Tourism) family oriented, self-contained two bedroom apartment or B&B. Perfect for a family or two couples, either for a short stay or a week-long break, the accommodation can be rented as a two bedroom plus lounge apartment or on a room basis. Please inquire for reduced nightly rates for longer stays.

Maintained in immaculate condition by its owners, this recently opened facility has to be seen to be believed. Includes alfresco dining on first floor balcony with breathtaking views across Port Phillip Bay (and Melbourne CBD skyline on a clear day!)

Facilities include large lounge/entertainment room with 50" TV, DVD player and surround sound system. There is a tiled kitchenette with central meals area, equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, etc. Also includes a dish washer, washing machine and private garden with outdoor meals area and barbeque.

Sleeping facilities include one queen bedroom, one double bedroom with space for a third single bed (inflatable) and a double folding divan in the theatre room, total seven (7) adults/children.

Outdoor facilities include a huge leisure area, solar-heated in-ground swimming pool, heated spa/jacuzzi with bay views and a four hole golf putting green with a sand bunker, set in elevated tropical gardens with Bali hut overlooking the pool and spa.

Children are welcome, dogs are accepted with conditions. Breakfast provided in hamper form, with cooking facilities available. Ample off-street parking or garage space is available if required.

Set on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with one of the best views across Port Phillip Bay, there are plenty of relaxing walks and bird life. We are a four minute drive from the beach with access to the region's wineries, day spas, gourmet restaurants and golf courses.
