Set in peaceful and quiet nature surroundings, Wæthing Søndre Hytter offers renovated old-style cottages in the Fyresdal Valley. Central Fyresdal is just 500 metres away from the parking space. Kjevik Airport is 160 km away.
Cooking facilities are provided in the cottages. All the solar-powered cottages have a fireplace and a terrace with views of the valley. One cottage is located by the parking space, while the others are within a 1.5-hour hike.
Fishing, hiking and hunting are popular activities in the valley. Reindeer and elk can be spotted in the rich surrounding fauna. Boats and canoes can be rented at one of the cottages at Wæthing Søndre.
Some of the cottages are located up to 1.5-hour hike from the parking space, while others are on site. A grocery store, café and the Fyresdal Rural Museum are found in central Fyresdal. Sandefjord Torp Airport is 200 km away.
