Not far from the banks of the river Lys you can find the quietly located Bed&Breakfast; “Flanders Cosy Corner”.

This villa located in Lauwe a stone’s throw from the motorway E17 Ghent-Lille and the French border, 2km from the Lys Wervik-Kortrijk-Ghent, close to the A17 Bruges and fifteen minutes from Ypres (the battlefields Flanders Fields, the Meningate, Tyne Cot Cemetery, Hill 60, etc).

So you stay at fifteen minutes from major cities like Lille(F), Kortrijk, Ypres, Roeselare. Within an hour Antwerp and Brussels can be reached. Paris can be reached by TGV within an hour as well.

The villa is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) with sink, large living room with fireplace, separate toilet, bathroom with tub and toilet, kitchen (with microwave) and closed garage. Wifi is at your disposal as well as TV. The rooms are non- smoking , everything is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.

In fine weather you can enjoy your breakfast outside in the cozy and spacious garden.

You will find plenty of hiking and biking in the neighborhood (the bicycle network Leie) which will let you see plenty of picturesque corners of the Leie.

There are many dining options in the vicinity.

For the children, there are nearby a petting zoo, pony farm, a playground, several pools and within a fifteen minute drive you arrive at the amusement park Bellewaerde which is worth a visit.
