B & B the “Heerlijkheid van Maarsseveen” (Maarssen municipality) at Tienhoven, is a small luxury guesthouse. The B & B is situated in the nature of the Molenpolder, near Utrecht.
The Molenpolder was three years ago nominated at the NCRV program the most beautiful place in the Netherlands.
Our B & B is located directly on the Maarsseveense lakes where you can walk, bike, swim, skate and relax.
At 400 meters away you will find the magnificent newly opened Thermae complex Spasereen.
The guesthouse (75 m2) offers the following facilities:
